HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders are processed swiftly to ensure fast shipping. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
We will do our best to accommodate address changes or order modifications, but we cannot guarantee that these can be made due to the speed of our fulfillment process.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS INCORRECT. WHAT CAN I DO?
On rare occasions, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item or find that something is missing from your order, please send us a couple of photos with your order number to info@meerowstudios.com. Our customer service team will be more than accommodating to resolve the issue for you.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is currently out of stock but will be available soon. By placing a pre-order, you ensure that you secure the item in advance, so you don't miss out when it becomes available.
The estimated arrival date for pre-ordered items can be found on the product page.
We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for pre-ordered items due to potential customs delays and unforeseen circumstances. However, you will be informed of any changes or delays via email.
Once your pre-order is placed, your payment will be processed as usual. You will receive an order confirmation email, as well as a separate email with pre-order details.
I bought two items, one is a pre-order. Can the available item be shipped now?
Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items. To receive your available items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

We provide a variety of payment options tailored to your location, which you can find at checkout. Some payment options include Gift Card, VISA or Mastercard. We also offer flexible payment options with Klarna.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Discount codes can be applied using the coupon code box just before checkout. Paste the code you received into the box for your discount to be applied to your cart.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
WHY IS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING?
Our codes are all unique. Please copy and paste the code directly into the coupon code box, and ensure you enter your email address before applying.
If it still doesn't work, please check the terms and conditions of the discount code to confirm that the offer is still valid. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
Welcome and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
CAN I USE TWO DISCOUNT CODES ON A SINGLE ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
It is the customer's responsibility to designate a safe, secure, and accurate delivery address. Once packages are picked up by our designated couriers, MEEROW is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. While your package is in the hands of our couriers, they are liable for all incurred risks, which are then transferred to the customer upon delivery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will process your request promptly.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. During peak periods, processing may take 4-5 business days.
*Transit times are approximate and may vary depending on pickup and delivery locations, as well as customs clearance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If you believe your item is faulty, please send images and your order number to within 5 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will contact you to assist you with the next steps.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Shipping and handling fees apply to all returns. Domestic return fees are EUR 7.80.
I THINK MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER?
If an order is returned due to insufficient address or similar issues, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange redelivery at no additional charge.
Please note that if you choose to return an order by refusing the package or marking it "Return to Sender", a shipping fee of EUR 7.80 will be deducted from your refund.
CAN I RETURN MY FINAL SALE PURCHASE?
Items marked as final sale or purchased during a warehouse sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

The most effective way to care for any item is precaution. To ensure the durability and longevity of your purchase, please refer to the care guide.
WHERE WAS MY ITEM MADE?
All our products are designed and manufactured in Europe, primarily in France, Portugal and Germany.
We work alongside a team who are masters in the manufacturing of our products.
IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Should a manufacturing defect occur under normal use (not wear and tear), please contact our Customer Service team at info@meerowstudios.com with your full name and original order number along with images and a detailed description of the defect. Our Customer Service team will reach out to you to assist in resolving this issue.
Please note, all defective products will be subject to a quality review upon return. Once our Quality Control team has completed their assessment, you will receive an email detailing our findings and potential solutions. If the defects are determined to be manufacturing defects, we will be able to offer a replacement for the item.
