OUR POLICY FOR FRANCE
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. All return requests must be completed within this timeframe. We will not accept any return requests outside of this timeframe.
- Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Items purchased with MEEROW loyalty discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and reward discounts) are eligible for a refund and exchange.
- Sale items can only be returned for an exchange.
- Items marked as final sale or discounted are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Online shoppers can return their items via our online portal.
- Returns for a refund are subject to a return shipping fee of 7.80 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.
OUR INTERNATIONAL POLICY

- Items purchased with MEEROW loyalty discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and reward discounts) are eligible for a refund.
- All sale items and final sale items are not returnable.
- Returns for a refund are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Please ensure you meet our return criteria before sending back your items. If your return does not meet these conditions, your items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
All returned products must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging attached.
This includes bag fillers, protective materials, and, where applicable, hygiene stickers.
- Shoes must show no signs of wear. When trying on your shoes, please ensure you do so on a non-abrasive surface such as a carpet or rug.
- Once your return is lodged, you have 7 days to send your return back to us.
- Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.
- All returns must be registered on our online portal before being sent back to the warehouse.
- Any return not submitted via the portal will not be accepted.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
